Steamed pork ribs with salted black bean sauce (ซี่โครงหมูนึ่งเต้าซี่)





Pork ribs ! this kind of meat, It's very hard to find the people who don't likes this. Especially pork ribs with white bone. The price is also not cheap. My pork ribs today is sooooo poooooor. Look not yummy. However, when I finished this cooking. The taste is wonderful!


This disc is original from China. The important secret that we can not miss it, is ginger and seasame oil. After steamed, the aroma is spread around my kitchen! I serves it with brown rice. Fantastic!



Ingredients
 
300 gram pork ribs
1 tbsp. salted black bean, chopped
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. Chinese whisky
1 tsp. corn floor
1 tsp. soy bean sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. ginger, chopped
1 spring onion, thinly slice
1 fresh big chili, thinly slice
pepper
 
 
 
Method
 
 
Clean the pork ribs, place to the big plate, then steamed it for 20 minute.
 
 
During the waiting times, we need to prepare the sauce. put all the left ingredients (except spring onion and chilli) in the bowl, mixed well.
 
When steaming is finished, pour all the sauce in to the plate of pork ribs, steamed again for 10 minutes.
 
 
 

 
When the times come, take it out from steamer, spread with spring onion and chilli.
 
searves hot! with rice.  yummy!
